The
Golf Club Grado is in a particularly delightful location: the 18 hole course overlooks
Grado Lagoon and extends across more than 60 hectares of terrain amidst thick reed thickets that represent the perfect natural habitat for herons, wild swans, flamingos and other fauna species typically found in lagoons.
The course is the feather in the cap of the Tenuta Primero, that includes important tourist facilities such as the marina with more than 200 berths and the elegant "Casone" restaurant famous for its sophisticated local cuisine. Its vast greens often protected by water obstacles and very large, deep bunkers making the game even more difficult, is what makes it stand apart.
The very long, articulated 12th hole is particularly difficult with winding dogleg to the right and bizarre green located on a small island.
The dynamic, welcoming secretary's office hosts a well-stocked pro-shop, while the club house hosts the well-known "Casone" restaurant offering regional specialities and fish accompanied by excellent local wine. The ten Suite del Porto have been recently opened to guests and offer a magnificent view of the Primero Marina.
