Lignano Sabbiadoro: Easy Fish, the Adriatic fish festival

Have you ever been to Easy Fish? I always go! And, once again, this year I will not miss the 5th edition that will take place from 14 - 16 June.
The Festival, which begins on the Friday at sunset and ends on the Sunday evening, offers days of show cooking, tastings and meetings with producers… you eat, drink and spend time together!

The promenade is a succession of white huts hosting producers and restaurateurs. You have plenty of choice about what to indulge in.
There are not only fish dishes but a special focus is certainly on local fish: carefully presented with the creativity of participating chefs, original dishes are made that are also delicious and inexpensive. Local products are environmentally friendly!

This year, the inauguration will be attended by Friulian Michelin-starred chefs Emanuele Scarello and Andrea Canton and the celebrity spokesperson will be Paolo Marchi, the most famous Italian food and wine journalist who launched the “Identità Golose” conference.

Then, there is the Festa della Paella Adriatica (Adriatic Paella Festival) and Cocktail shows, … in short, a packed programme that will end on the Sunday with the 5-dish dinner created by  the Friulian finalist of Masterchef Gloria Clama, the chef of "Da Boschet" Alessandro Businaro, Michelin 2-star chef Giancarlo Perbellini and Michelin 3-star chef Bobo Cerea.
