1. Who is responsible for the experience I purchased?
Each experience is managed by a specific provider, shown on the experience page under “Location” (“Offered by”). They are your point of contact for detailed information, organization of the activity, and any possible cancellation.

2. What happens if the provider cancels the experience (e.g., due to bad weather)?
If the provider cancels, you will receive an email notification. The provider will contact you and you can choose to reschedule, receive a voucher/credit of equal value, or - where available - a full refund. Please check the provider’s terms and conditions listed on your ticket.

3. Can I change the date of my booking?
In many cases yes, but it depends on the provider’s availability. Contact the provider to check if a change is possible.

4. Where can I find the provider’s contact details?
They are listed in your booking confirmation email, in the “Experience details” section on the activity page, and in the “Location - Offered by” section of the offer.

5. I didn’t receive the confirmation email - what can I do?
Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact the provider’s customer support and include the experience name and your booking date.

6. Are the experiences suitable for everyone?
Where applicable, each listing specifies requirements (age, experience level, physical abilities). Please read them carefully before booking.

7. What happens if I arrive late to the experience?
As a rule, providers are not obliged to reschedule or refund the activity in case of unjustified or unannounced delays. Please arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes early.

8. Can I gift an experience to someone else?
Yes. You can purchase a gift voucher for most experiences. The recipient can choose date and time based on availability. If available, you’ll find a “Gift option” above the date calendar on the offer page.

9. How long is a gift voucher valid?
Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

10. How do I use a gift voucher to book?
Simply enter the voucher code in the designated field during checkout for your chosen experience. Alternatively, as indicated on the gift voucher, you can contact the provider directly.

11. How do I book with the FVG Card?
Choose an experience included with the card and enter your FVG Card code in the dedicated field at checkout.
