One of the most anticipated events of the Friulian summer is back: Perlage La Notte Delle Bollicine, celebrating its prestigious 15th anniversary in 2026!
An exclusive evening dedicated to the finest Classic Method and Charmat Method sparkling wines, organized by the Pro Loco Udine Castello in the splendid setting of Udine Castle.
Over 40 of the best wineries from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Brda (Slovenian Collio) will showcase their sparkling wines, paired with an equal number of local restaurants and wine bars.
The tastings will be accompanied by a rich gastronomic offering, including:
Cooked and raw fish specialties
Selected cheeses
Artisan cured meats
Bread and baked goods
Sweets and desserts
Hot dishes prepared by the host restaurants
The evening will be enriched by live music, shows and entertainment, and many surprises throughout the event.
At the entrance, each participant will receive an official glass with a practical neck glass holder, allowing them to enjoy free tastings at all the participating wineries.

€45.00 in advance (purchased online and at participating venues)
€50.00 on the day of the event (purchased directly at the Castle)
The ticket is ALL-INCLUSIVE and includes all the event's wine and food tastings.
