Meeting point at the Livon New Winery in Dolegnano – Via Dolegnano di Sopra 32 – followed by a transfer by car to the historic vineyards of Ruttars, the heart of the winery’s production. The experience continues through the vineyard, the family vinegar cellar, and the experimental winery, offering an up-close look at the places, timing, and choices that shape Livon wines.The visit concludes with a guided tasting of four wines, paired with gastronomic specialties available in standard, vegetarian, or gluten-free versions upon request.
