This initiative brings together all the key players in the industry: fishers, fish markets, seafood companies, fishmongers, restaurants, and chefs. And of course, it speaks to all fish lovers — from occasional consumers to seasoned foodies — with the goal of turning curiosity into passion and promoting the excellence of local seafood.
