Ein Prosit, an outstanding food and wine event, will be held from 16 to 19 October in Udine. The event brings together themes such as international food and wine culture, wine tradition and knowledge of raw ingredients in cooking through a structured programme of dinners, tastings, masterclasses, dedicated workshops and meetings, with a total of over 140 events.
For the sixth year, the event will take place not only in the centre of Udine, but will also involve the surrounding areas, with a packed calendar of events to discover the regional and international food and wine world.
GUIDED TASTINGS, FLAVOUR WORKSHOPS AND STARRED DINNERS IN A PROGRAMME FEATURING OVER 90 INTERNATIONALLY RENOWNED CHEFS.
Over five days, there will be more than 140 events, including dinners featuring renowned chefs, tastings, meetings, workshops and masterclasses, presided over by well-known personalities from the food and wine journalism scene, industry professionals and some of the best internationally renowned chefs with prestigious awards such as Michelin stars and The World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards.

Great Italian and international chefs will enliven the events with their creations, in which attention to detail is combined with extraordinary preparation techniques, allowing many enthusiasts to familiarise themselves with cuisine at its highest level.
GUIDED TASTINGS
An opportunity to learn about and compare products of exceptional quality. The aim is to offer a correct approach to wine, guiding enthusiasts step by step through the tasting process to better appreciate the history, characteristics and peculiarities of the wines presented and their producers.
FLAVOUR WORKSHOPS
A journey through the aromas and flavours of our country, offering food and wine pairings during workshops and masterclasses, with real excursions into the regional and national food and wine heritage.
