Bagno San Rocco was established in the eponymous area, just a few steps from the historic center of Muggia, in 1929. It has recently undergone a complete renovation and modernization.
The beach establishment has a loyal clientele who have been visiting since childhood and continue to return today.
The family atmosphere is the distinctive feature of the beach establishment, offering its bathers various opportunities: a large terrace overlooking the blue sea of the
Gulf of Trieste, a vast gravel area for lounging under umbrellas on sunbeds, deck chairs, or tables, a lawn by the sea for sunbathing in absolute tranquility, a small pebble and rock beach with a diving board.
Special attention is given to the needs of families, but thanks to the spacious areas, in recent years the beach has been frequented by all age groups.
There are also numerous initiatives to liven up the days at the beach and the evenings on the large terrace of the bar and restaurant equipped with every comfort. Scuba diving courses, aquagym, fitness, dance courses, themed events, barbecues, and aperitifs to spend moments in cheerful and peaceful company.
The swimming season at Bagno San Rocco runs from May 1st to September 30th, with opening hours from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. The closing time may vary depending on the events organized. The restaurant opens in early April and closes on the second Sunday of October.
