The “
X River Boat Crossing” is a pedestrian and bicycle ferry that connects
Lignano Riviera and
Bibione by crossing the River Tagliamento, offering a scenic journey through crystal-clear waters and unspoiled nature.
Thanks to this link, Lignano Sabbiadoro’s cycle path network is expanding, giving you the chance to explore many new routes by bike.

Operating period
Active from 5 April to 2 November 2025.
During the pre-season, the service operates on weekends and public holidays only.
Boarding points
• Lignano Sabbiadoro – Marina Uno Tourist Port, at the mouth of the Tagliamento River
• Bibione – Cycle path towards Bibione Lighthouse
Bikes on board
• Bicycles are allowed on board
• Crossing duration: approx. 5 minutes
Frequency
• One departure every 40 minutes (weather permitting)

• The service is accessible to people with disabilities (wheelchairs)
