Lignano Sabbiadoro and
Marano Lagunare are connected in the summer by the
public maritime line by motor ship, which is also active in the evening in the high season.
A unique opportunity to treat yourself to a suggestive excursion to the colorful seaside village of
Marano Lagunare, get lost in the narrow streets of the old town and taste traditional dishes in one of the restaurants! Or to reach the famous seaside resort of
Lignano Sabbiadoro, without having to move your car, and enjoy a day at the beach or a walk among shops and restaurants in the city center.
The connection allows the rapid transport of people and on request also of
bicycles, giving an exciting experience of navigation in the lagoon and favoring excursions in the two locations.
The transport of bicycles on board the motor ship is allowed within the limits of the available space and at the discretion of the captain (maximum 10 bikes per ride).
We therefore advise you to
inquire in advance about the
availability of the service, especially during peak hours and at weekends.
To transport your own bicycle, you must purchase a special ticket.
The following are
excluded from transport: Fatbikes - Tandems - Pedal-assisted bicycles weighing more than 25 kg - Recumbent bicycles Fairing/semi-faired bicycles - Velocipedes with 3 or more wheels or with a length of more than 1900 mm.
