Withdrawal

The ticket purchased online or from a self-service machine is not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code (Art. 47 and 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005).

The customer who has purchased, at the ticket office, a ticket valid for the summer season may withdraw from the contract exclusively in the cases and within the limits established below:

Withdrawal may be exercised if:
1.the ticket was purchased at the ticket office;
2.no more than 10 days have passed since the purchase of the travel ticket;
3.the travel ticket has not been used, even partially.

Withdrawal cannot be exercised if:
1.the travel ticket was purchased online or from a self-service machine;
2. a “single journey” or “round trip” ticket has been purchased, or in other contracts subject to numerical restrictions;
3.the travel ticket has been used, even partially;
4. more than 10 days have passed since the purchase of the travel ticket.

When permitted, withdrawal may be exercised by:
- returning the travel ticket to the ticket office where it was purchased,
- or sending an e-mail to skipass@promoturismo.fvg.it, attaching a copy of the travel ticket for which reimbursement is requested.

In the event of regular exercise of the right of withdrawal, the reimbursement will be made by bank transfer, and 20% of the recognized amount will be withheld as a flat-rate fee to cover administrative costs related to the management and execution of the reimbursement.
