Luppolo verde di Polcenigo - La birreria
This artisan brewery began in Enemonzo (UD), a village with little more than 1,000 inhabitants at the foot of the Carnic Alps.
A land of spectacular villages and good folk dedicated to their work and deeply rooted in tradition. The brewery operates a modern production plant with a capacity of 5 hectolitres, which was constructed by an Italian company, a series of 6 fermenters/ripening tanks, and a cold room for storing beer in both bottles and kegs. Their passion turned something that started out of fun into a business driven by a constant willingness to learn and expand its expertise, spreading a brewing culture based around experimentation and innovation.
