The thousand-year-old forest of Tarvisio, by bike or in the rain

Would you like to go for a pleasant bike excursion in the mountains but are not in perfect shape? Don't be discouraged, with an e-bike everything will be easier and less tiring.
Today I will take you on a virtual tour by bike from Tarvisio to Val Saisera, to discover this wonderful valley. Here in Tarvisio, there are many routes to take, based on your abilities, from easy bike to adventure bike but also family bike routes (routes also suitable for children). ).
We chose one of the Easy routes by hiring an e-bike from @Rent Sky& Bike Tarvisio-Valle Verde, while the rest of the group used regular bikes. Despite the threat of bad weather, we set off full of enthusiasm, cycling a stage of the Alpe Adria Cycle-path towards Camporosso. With our guide Ivano Sabidussi we took the Forest Sound Track. The rain did not spare us for the first half-hour of the track, but all in all, it was a fun experience, and as we were well equipped we were no way discouraged and continued straight towards the goal. As we entered the Thousand-Year-Old Tarvisio forest, the rain stopped, sparing us and giving us an excellent view. The clouds that from below slowly crept up to surround the mountains created a breathtaking view! During the trip, Ivano explained what we were exploring, giving us some geographical knowledge about the various peaks that surround the valley. After a brief stop at the Agritourism Pratiotzinger, we headed again towards Tarvisio and this time going downhill! The temperature in the meantime went from 27 to 17 degrees, but we reached the arrival happy after trying this mountain-bike experience. After saying goodbye to our guide with the promise of returning for another bike ride, we enjoyed a welcome rest together at the Alte Hutte restaurant.
Well, have I convinced you? Maybe next time we can meet up to try another route together. How about it?
