Why register?
By registering on our online shop, you can purchase ski lift tickets from the comfort of your home and decide whether to print or download the ticket voucher. You can present them at the ticket office or recharge your Ticket card and go directly to the lifts! 
 
How to register?
Registering is easy, read the TUTORIAL!

  1. Go to the online shop at FVG STORE, click on the symbol of the man at the top of the page on the right, choose “Register” and fill in the required fields, then click “Register”;
  2. Within a few minutes you will receive an email containing an activation link at the address you indicated, which you must click to confirm that you have requested registration;
  3. At this point, your profile is active, but not yet completed and approved. Click on your name at the top of the page on the right and then the section “Settings”> “Personal Data”. Complete or modify your profile data and confirm by clicking on “Save changes” at the bottom of the page on the right.  Go to the “Documents” section, third voice of the menu at the top of the page on the left, to upload your identification documents in  .jpg or .pdf format to be approved for purchasing (select each name from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page);
  4. If your family is made up of other people you can add them in the “My Family” section by clicking on the menu at the top of the page on the right and upload the identity document for each member in the “Documents” section;
  5. Our staff will check everything you upload, and in about 72 hours you will be approved and enabled to purchase!
Remember: the head of the family, or the first person to register, must always be of age, as he/she is the person who formally accepts the terms of sale and privacy!
 
Why do I have to upload my identity document?
Uploading an identification document (identity card, passport or driving license) is not strictly mandatory, but recommended. Each profile’s identity must be authenticated by one of our operators to access all rates and not just the full rate. By checking the document you have uploaded From that moment on, you will have access to all the categories. When you select your ticket, the system will automatically check the correspondence of the selected rate with the real one. Similarly, once the profile has been verified, a user will automatically switch from one age category to another over the years. Upload the document now: the authentication process may take approximately 72 hours.
 
How to upload an identity document?
Uploading your identity document is very simple!
  1. Once logged in, click on “Hello, your name” at the top of the page on the right, then on “Settings” and “Documents” (third item in the menu at the top of the page on the left);
  2. Select the person whose document you want to upload from the bottom window by scrolling to the bottom of the page;
  3. Click on “Upload document” and choose the identity document of the selected person;
Proceed the same way for all members of your family, and that’s it! As soon as the document has been uploaded, you will see the words “In progress”, when the document is approved you will receive a confirmation email. If the document is incorrect or unreadable, you will receive an email from our operators, who will ask you to upload the correct document or in a different way or format.
Upload the document now: the authentication process may take approximately 72 hours.
 
Why do I have to upload a Self-declaration of the Family Status?
It isn’t mandatory to upload a Self-declaration of the Family Status. It is a document required only if you want to benefit from the discounts reserved for families.If you have entered the self-declaration but do not see the family discounts, please contact us to check.
There is no problem if there are more people in your family status than your family members in the online shop!  If, on the other hand, there are more people on the online shop in your family than those listed in the Self-declaration of the Family Status, then this document cannot be approved.
Remember: the head of the family, or the first person to register, must always be of age, as he/she is the person who formally accepts the terms of sale and privacy!
 
Is it necessary to upload the actual family status document?
No, it is not necessary to request the official document from the competent offices. It will be sufficient to fill in the form for the Self-declaration that you will also find here.
 
How to upload a Self-declaration of the Family Status?
Uploading a Self-declaration of the Family Status is really easy!
  1. Once logged in, click on “Hello, your name” at the top of the page on the right, then on “Settings” and “Documents” (third item in the menu at the top of the page on the left);
  2. Fill in the form of the family status that you find here, by entering the Head of the Family as the holder and saving it on your device;
  3. Click on “Family Status” as the “type of document” to upload;
  4. Select the head of the family as the person to associate the document to, click on “Upload document” and choose the Family Status form that you previously filled out.
It is not necessary to upload the Self-Declaration of Family Status for all members but only for the Head of the Family. As soon as the document has been uploaded, you will see the words “In progress”, when the document is approved you will receive a confirmation email. For how long is the Self-declaration Family status document valid?
The Self-declaration of Family Status is valid as long as the data it contains do not change, in which case you will need to contact us to update the section.
 
How to add new members to my family?
Adding a new family member is really easy!
  1. Once logged in, click on “Hello, your name” at the top of the page on the right, then on “My family”;
  2. Click on “+” and enter the name, surname and date of birth of the member you want to add.
You have finished! It is not always necessary to enter an email for each new member of the family. Still, we recommend it if any family members wish to receive communications directly and not through the Head of the Family.

I made a mistake and registered my minor son as the Head of the Family! What do I do?
Don’t worry! If you have not yet uploaded the documents, simply change the data relating to the Head of the Family in “Settings”> “Personal Data”.
If, on the other hand, you have already uploaded all your documents, register yourself as a family member, so that at least one adult is included. For any doubts or difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us!  We will be happy to help you!
 
Why do I have to add my phone number?
Leaving a telephone contact is not mandatory, but it is very important because we can give you direct assistance if and when it is needed. If we encounter problems or anomalies on your profile, we may contact you directly and provide personalized registration support.  We have often used telephone contacts when lost cards were found, managing to return them before the owners returned home.
 
Where do I add the photo of the seasonal ski pass?
The identification photo of the seasonal ski pass or other personalized passes must be uploaded when the ticket is in the cart, in the phase of matching each ticket to a specific person. Contrary to previous years, the photo will not be printed on the outside of the card but will be loaded on the internal chip and visualized only by the control officers. If the photo you associated with the ticket creates recognition problems during the checks, you may be asked to go to the ticket office to update it. Please, always upload a recent photo, in which your face is clearly visible in the foreground! As for your profile photos, these are simple Avatars; they are not mandatory and can be changed independently at any time.
 
Where can I pick up the Ticket Card?
After receiving your profile validation you can pick up your Ticket Card exclusively at any ticket office in the ski resorts we manage: Forni di Sopra-Sauris, Piancavallo, Sappada, Sella Nevea, Tarvisio, Zoncolan.
How? 
BUY THE SKIPASS on the SHOP ON LINE by selecting the "VOUCHER" option. Go to the cashier with your purchase voucher. The ticket office will issue you with a nominative card with your ski pass recharged inside. The cost of Euro 5.00 of the Ticket Card must be paid at the cash desk at the time of collection.  
The Card will allow you to buy your next ski passes online and go directly to the slopes. 

Is it always mandatory to have the Ticket card?
Except for seasonal ski passes and other types of personalized ski passes, the Ticket card is not mandatory, and purchases can be made by requesting the voucher, instead of recharging the Card. Similarly, you can still make the first purchase by requesting the voucher if you are not yet in possession of the card, and then, once withdrawn, you can load the purchases directly onto your card.

Can I use one Ticket card for the entire family?
No, the Ticket card is a personalized card. Therefore, each family member must have their card; as before when everyone had to have their own ticket.
 
How can I pair the Ticket card to a person?
Matching your card to a person is very simple:
1) Once logged in, click on “Hello, your name” at the top of the page on the right, then on “My Ticket card.”
2) Click on “Add Ticket card.”
3) Select the person to whom you want to associate the card, write a name and a description (they can be the same, for example, “Card Mario”) and enter the WTP number, which you will find as indicated by the figure that appears by clicking on the “?” symbol
Done! Your card is matched!
 
I still have old ski pass, can I use this as a Ticket card?
PromoTurismoFVG magnetic media from past seasons (Key cards) have been replaced with the new "Ticket Cards". PromoTurismoFVG magnetic media (Key cards) from the winter seasons prior to 2019/2020 have been replaced with the new "Ticket Cards". 
In order to recover the deposit of 5.00 Euro, the old Key cards have been accepted at the ticket office until 31.3.2022, after which they can no longer be returned. 
 
Why don’t I see the ski passes purchased in recent years in “My Tickets”?
In the “My Tickets” section, you’ll see only your purchases made from the time you sign up, so all purchases made previously can’t be viewed.
