Norme di comportamento degli utenti nelle aree sciabili
In base al Dlgs n.40/2021 il cliente che utilizza le piste di sci alpino: deve essere in possesso di un’assicurazione valida che copra la propria responsabilità civile per danni o infortuni causati a terzi;
non può sciare in stato di ebbrezza o sotto l’effetto di sostanze tossicologiche.
A partire dalla stagione invernale 2025/2026, ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n. 96 del 30 giugno 2025, tutti gli utilizzatori delle piste da sci, indipendentemente dall’età, sono tenuti a indossare un casco protettivo omologato.
