According to Legislative Decree No. 40/2021, anyone using alpine ski slopes: must have a valid insurance policy covering their civil liability for damages or injuries caused to third parties;
is prohibited from skiing while intoxicated or under the influence of toxic substances.
Starting from the 2025/2026 winter season, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 96 of 30 June 2025, all users of ski slopes, regardless of age, are required to wear a certified protective helmet.
