Aquila del Torre

Aquila del Torre is based in Savorgnano del Torre, in the Controlled Denomination of Origin Friuli Colli Orientali production territory. 

All production takes place respecting the environment following exclusively organic farming methods and biodynamic preparations to cultivate vines.

The grapes, harvested solely by hand, are delivered to and selected and vinified in the multi-storey cellar.

In the driest and most ventilated area of the cellar, there is a room specially intended for the natural drying of Picolit grapes. All Aquila del Torre wines, produced and bottled at the origin, are proposed in the wine bar attached to the cellar.

The latter is housed in a farmhouse nestled in a dense forest of oaks, hornbeams and holly, which stretches for about sixty hectares around the terraced vineyards.
On the upper floors of the wine cellar, the Oasi Picolit bed & breakfast is located.
Overlooking a breathtaking view, it offers comfortable and relaxing rooms. There are various leisure opportunities for guests, from trekking to bike rides among the hilltop vineyards. Aquila del Torre and its hospitality are ideal destinations for quality wine enthusiasts and those who want to dive into a still uncontaminated natural environment.

From here you can reach by car in a short time the cities of Udine and Cividale del Friuli, San Daniele del Friuli and, in an hour, the island of Grado, for a day at the beach.
