Concerts at the Castle 2024", now in its 14th edition, confirms the traditional locations of the concerts: Miramare Castle is flanked by Muggia Castle in the province of Trieste, in Friuli by “La Brunelde” Fortress in Fagagna and Spessa Castle, the appointments at Palazzo Lantieri in Gorizia continue, and the cross-border appointments at Kromberk Castle in Nova Gorica return.
The programme dedicates ample space to chamber music with and without piano in various formations, hosting musicians from all over Italy.
We would like to thank the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, the Historical Museum and Park of Miramare Castle, Count Niccolò Piccolomini and Count Carolina Lantieri, the Counts of Arcano and the Bossi Family, who, with an excellent example of hospitality, have allowed this concert season to continue to grow since 2011, promoting the values of art and music in our beautiful region.
We invite all fans of ‘good music’ to follow this new cycle of concerts, in the hope that they will meet with interest and acclaim.
