Valvason Morpurgo Palace of
Udine hosts a section of the Gallery of Modern Art, dedicated to the theme of architectural design in Friuli. It
preserves original designs by 20th century Friulian architects as well as design renderings donated by the Elettrolux Zanussi archives. It also hosts a theme exhibition.
Valvason Morpurgo Palace has handsome architectural features, with an indoor open gallery garden and decorated by a cycle of frescos by
Giambattista Canal and
Giuseppe Borsato, which are among the most representative of the Neoclassic style.
