DAY 1
Alpine Elegance (Sappada)
Arrival in Sappada and hotel check-in . The evening will introduce you to the flavors of the mountains with dinner at the Mondschein Restaurant . In a refined, typically Alpine setting, recommended by top guidebooks, you'll savor excellent cuisine featuring game and local produce .

2nd DAY
The Isonzo Valley and Cividale
In the morning, scenic transfer and arrival in Cividale del Friuli, where the UNESCO Lombard heritage blends with river landscapes of rare beauty and valuable historic buildings.
Free lunch.
In the afternoon, we recommend a visit to the Lombard Temple , a treasure trove of early medieval art, and a stop on the Devil's Bridge to admire the Natisone from a privileged perspective .
Dinner will be a true immersion in Friulian tradition at the Al Monastero institution : you will be welcomed by the warmth of the typical lit fogolâr , accompanied by authentic cuisine and a deep cellar .

3rd DAY
The Gorizia Collio (Cormòns and Gorizia)
In the morning, departure for the Collio, crossing a landscape of vineyard-covered hills and stopping for a private visit to an iconic winery in the area (e.g. Gravner or Jermann) with an exclusive vertical tasting .
Accommodation at the Castello di Spessa Golf & Wine Resort (the Castle Tavern).
Afterwards, transfer to Gorizia, the beating heart of European culture and the “Nice of Austria,” captivating with its Habsburg charm and its new role as European Capital of Culture 2025. In the afternoon, the itinerary shifts to the avant-garde with an exclusive visit to the LED Tunnel , an immersive installation that transforms the history of the border into a high-design sensory experience. The evening concludes with dinner at the Rosenbar restaurant , renowned for its top-quality seafood in an elegant setting .

Stone and Wind (Karst and Trieste)
In the morning, depart to discover the rugged and fascinating landscape of the Trieste Karst . Lunch is a must for understanding the area: Le Terrazze restaurant . From the large windows of the dining room, you'll enjoy a spectacular, bright view of the entire Gulf of Trieste. The kitchen offers refined dishes based on the freshest seafood and raw seafood, ideal for a refined break. In the afternoon, arrive and settle into a 4-star hotel in Trieste (Vis a Vis or similar) . The day concludes with an elegant, classic dinner at the centrally located Ai Fiori restaurant.

Start your final day with breakfast, then spend the morning exploring this charming Central European seaside city at your own pace. For your farewell lunch, enjoy the most authentic Trieste experience at Buffet da Pepi , where you'll savor traditional boiled meats cooked in a "caldaia" (a traditional pot).
