FVG3d - Vineyard variant (C3V1)

The itinerary is very evocative as it unfolds among the harmonious hills between Tarcento and Cormons. The route passes through the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, a UNESCO site, an ideal place to take a refreshing break in one of its cozy squares.Crossing the famous Devil's Bridge, one can admire the crystal-clear waters of the Natisone River. Along the way you will encounter small rural villages where viticulture is fundamental to the area's economy. Hills accompany the cyclist along the entire route, surrounded by Friulian villas and small country churches. Lovers of good wine will be able to stop for tastings at the various wineries in the area, while the more gluttonous cyclist will surely be surprised by the gastronomic specialties offered by the inns, agritourisms, and traditional restaurants. Sections of the route in the municipalities of Dolegna del Collio and Cormons are impassable due to the November 17, 2025 flood.
