Trieste Cocktail Week 2025

Description

From 7 to 14 September, Trieste Cocktail Week returns for its fourth edition, involving bars and bartenders from across the city, ready to compete with cocktails made mainly with local products. New this year is the increase in the number of bars and restaurants involved, 25 in total, including some historic cafés, and a greater focus on the excellence of products “made in FVG”, with a day dedicated entirely to local products. Many of these will also feature in the list of ingredients that bartenders will be asked to use in their drinks, which, as always, will be created by skilfully combining creativity and originality. Several major brands in the sector have confirmed their support for the event. Nonino will be supporting Trieste Cocktail Week for the fourth consecutive year, while Martini and Zero Cento Distribuzione will be the main sponsors. The event will also be extended, with an additional surprise to be announced in the coming weeks.

Among the new features is an opening party open to everyone at Puro Beach - Tivoli Portopiccolo on Sunday, 7 September.
