TRAVELING TRISKELL - XXVI Trieste International Festival of Celtic Music and Culture

As part of the "TRISKELL FESTIVAL", now in its 26th edition, the packed programme of events includes the "TRISKELL ITINERANTE", which features screenings at various venues across Trieste and the surrounding area.

On Thursday 23rd July, the sixth stop on the travelling cinema tour will feature a screening of the film “How to Train Your Dragon” (2025-USA) at Giardino Pubblico de' Tommasini.
Directed by Dean DeBlois. Starring Mason Thames, Nico Parker, Nick Frost, Julian Dennison, Gabriel Howell, Bronwyn James, Harry Trevaldwyn, Ruth Codd and Gerard Butler, who reprises his role as Stoick from the animated film.
The film tells the story of Hiccup, a young Viking who discovers that dragons are not enemies, but creatures with whom to coexist, overcoming fear and prejudice.
Set amongst Nordic villages, warriors and ancient symbols, the film evokes the epic imagery of the sagas of the North – sagas that live on in the spirit of the Vikings, the magic of dragons and the charm of the Celtic world.
