The 22nd edition of the exhibition series *Questa volta metti in scena...* opens on Thursday, September 17, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sartorio Museum in Trieste, with the exhibition “Il fuoco di Prometeo” (The Fire of Prometheus), the first event in the packed calendar of events organized by the Opera Viva Cultural Association, under the artistic direction of Lorena Matic. This year’s theme is the Aurora, which will be introduced with a lecture by Dr. Sergio Monai, an astronomer at the INAF Astronomical Observatory of Trieste. The exhibition’s title, meanwhile, refers to Prometheus, who, in Greek mythology, stole fire from the gods to give it to humankind and represents the origin of human existence. The exhibition features spectacular images—works of art created by nature—of this energy-laden luminous phenomenon that influences the Earth’s magnetic field.
