Participants in this workshop will undertake a unique culinary experience and have the opportunity to learn to prepare and sample some delicious types of Maki, one of the most iconic dishes of Japanese cuisine. After an introduction to the history and tradition of sushi, chef Masato Fukayama will guide us through its preparation. Together we will learn to prepare a delicious and creative dish, without neglecting the pleasure of sharing our experiences with our friends.
