Description
The Sinfonietta Movie Ensemble presents a selection of the most celebrated pieces in cinema history, in a journey that blends chamber music elegance with evocative power. The program spans diverse geographies and musical styles, united by a unique ability to fuse melody and image into a shared narrative—creating a truly universal masterpiece.
From the ethereal, visionary atmospheres of Nino Rota to the unmistakable, unparalleled evocations of Ennio Morricone; from the driving rhythms of George Gershwin to the narrative energy of John Williams and the refined stylistic fusions of Ryūichi Sakamoto, the concert paints a soundscape rich in emotion and contrast.
