Shinrin yokudō 森林浴道 (Forest Bathing) is a practice which involves absorbing the atmosphere of the forest with all the five senses. Since 2025, the Forest Therapy Station of Friuli Venezia Giulia, together with some of the leading Japanese experts on the subject and the International Society of Forest Therapy, has offered forest bathing not only as an episodic activity but also as a “path” for gradually reconnecting with nature – as a “Way.”
Forest Bathing practitioners Danila Petricig and Maurizio Droli will guide you through this “immersion” through an extraordinary forest bathing experience in the heart of Udine.
