In Prepotto, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, Spolert opens its doors and offers two different ways to experience the same hillside.
Aperitivo in the panoramic garden
Our garden overlooks the vineyards directly: take a seat, order a glass of wine and a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, and simply let the afternoon unfold. No rush, no set itinerary — just time to watch the vineyards as the light changes over the hills.
Guided wine tasting
For those who want to discover more, the tasting takes you through the winery’s wines: the white wines of the Colli Orientali and Schioppettino di Prepotto, the native red grape variety born right here and brought back to life on these hills. The wines are presented by the people who make them, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Whether you choose to stop for half an hour or spend the whole afternoon, the invitation is the same: come up here, sit down, and taste the landscape.

By reservation. Visit the rooms of the 18th-century villa and its centuries-old park, followed by a tasting of four wines accompanied by high-quality local specialties.
€20 per person, minimum four people.
Tenuta Borgo Conventi – Farra d’Isonzo (GO)

Times: 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Visit to the winery and barrel cellar, followed by a tasting of three wines.
