Odaka is a contemporary style of yoga which is the result of a harmonious fusion of tradition and innovative experimental study. Inspired by the observation of ocean movements and waves, the technique reproduces and internalises the concepts of transformation, fluidity and adaptability, harmonising them with the principles of martial arts and zen yoga in a wide-ranging approach that embodies the flow of life with awareness, joy and inner strength, and encourages the achievement of physical and emotional balance amidst the chaos of events.
