Magris, born in Trieste in 1959, following a forty-year career with concerts all over the world, is now a well-known and highly regarded musician on the international jazz scene, with over 40 albums to his name. In the United States, he has been a regular on the jazz scenes of Kansas City – of which he is an honorary citizen – Los Angeles, Miami and Chicago, and has led several groups, performing as a bandleader in famous jazz clubs.
Fabio Jegher, active for many years on the national and international jazz scene not only as an instrumentalist but also as an eclectic teacher and researcher, has worked for prestigious American and European research institutes and collaborated with numerous musicians.
Mario Cogno, a double bassist from Trieste who has been active on the local scene for many years, boasts numerous national and international collaborations.
