A sensory journey through Japanese spring to discover warabi mochi! Mochi are fresh vegetable jellies dusted with toasted soy, a symbol of the refined sweetness of the Land of the Rising Sun. You’ll sample four exclusive varieties created by the historic Bunnosuke Chaya teahouse, founded in Kyoto in 1909. Each tasting will be enhanced by the pairing of fine teas and local rarities, from classic Sencha to refined aged Oolong.
