Salotto del Gusto, showcase of local and cross-border excellence
It will be the deeply cross-border spirit of the city of Gorizia that will shine through in this special edition celebrating Nova Gorica and Gorizia as European Capitals of Culture. For the first time, the event will take place in the charming Piazza Transalpina, a true symbol of unity and sharing between two cities and two peoples. In this setting steeped in history and meaning, “Gusti senza Frontiere” (Flavours without Borders) will come to life, a food and wine village without borders designed to best embody the borderless spirit of the event. A veritable crossroads of flavours, cultures and conviviality, where the encounter between cuisines and traditions becomes the beating heart of a unique experience, capable of conveying the cosmopolitan and inclusive spirit of the event.
