For this special occasion, DJ Pasta and Foresta will be teaming up behind the decks to create an exclusive set ready for the dance floor: a sonic journey through vintage grooves, electronica, Italian pop gems, hidden gems, funk, and other wonders waiting to be discovered.
DJ Pasta is the alias of DJ and producer Davide Piva, already active in the Italian independent scene as the founder of projects such as Amari and Riotmaker Records. He draws from a wide range of musical influences, creating irresistible grooves that blend disco, funk, and electronica, enriched with unexpected flavors. After the Batadoris release series (on the Brooklyn label Toucan Sounds) and his experience as a DJ in the nu-disco duo Fare Soldi, DJ Pasta continues his musical adventure, exploring rhythms from around the world.
Foresta is an independent Italian-Brazilian singer-songwriter. She has released six singles to date, featuring elegant arrangements with a jazzy touch: "Qui da me," "Sono stanca," "Calicanto," "Déjà vu," "Sale," and "Condividere." His music comes from home records, from concerts found around the province, from exotic rhythms and nocturnal dances he dances to without shame.
