Exhibition ‘Reflections in Motion’

Trieste is preparing to welcome a new stage in the exhibition season curated by Le Vie delle Foto.
On Friday 5 September at 6 pm, the solo exhibition “Riflessi in movimento” (Reflections in Motion) by Amelia Esther Saldana, a Panamanian artist who has been living in Trieste for many years, will open and be inaugurated on the first floor of Eppinger Caffè. The exhibition, which will be open until 30 September, represents a significant moment in Saldana's career, showcasing a selection of works that combine creative rigour and poetic sensibility. Using fabric as her medium of expression, the artist experiments with textures, colours and shapes, creating works that explore the relationship between colour, movement and spirituality. The public will be invited to engage with a body of work that results in an abstract synthesis, where monochromes become vibrations and moods, while movement is transformed into form. It is a journey that ideally dialogues with the poetics of Kazimir Malevich and with the idea of art as pure expression without representation.

'Riflessi in movimento' will be open until 30 September 2025 in the Eppinger Caffè, every day during the café's opening hours.
