More than one hundred appointments in four days, with presentations, tastings, meetings and conferences held by the most famous personalities of the journalistic scene; a large exhibition space available to producers for the main moment of the event, the exhibition-tasting.
Now in its 26th edition, Ein Prosit will be held in Udine from 17th to 20th October 2024, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
There will also be special events for the 26th edition: some collateral events that see good food combined with different areas: Food Trucks, Food & Meeting, Food & Shopping and Sound, Food & Wine.
Ein Prosit will also see the alternation of some of the best representatives of the national and international gastronomic scene.
