Against Food Waste
DISCO SOUP is an international event organized by the Slow Food youth network to promote discussion on the topic of food waste. In the morning, we'll collect unsold fruit and vegetables from Udine's markets, which would otherwise be thrown away. Together with the children, we'll transform them into juicy juices and a sparkling ANTI-WASTE aperitif to celebrate and raise awareness about food and the environment.

A workshop designed for children, where unsold fruit and vegetables find a new life filled with color, aroma, and flavor. A simple and joyful experience to learn about the value of food and caring for the planet. Free for children under 13, subject to availability

To the rhythm of music, games, and imagination, children become the stars of the anti-waste party! A fun time to have fun together and discover that even small gestures can help the planet. Bring your own cup, and we'll fill it.
