Dien Chan is a method of facial reflexology from Vietnam. By pressing, tapping, heating and stimulating the various points of the face you can resolve issues of discomfort and dysfunction. The practice is based on the idea that each point of the face reflects a certain part of the body. It allows us to become aware of our health and to act upon the initial symptoms of discomfort.
