Description

The Balkan Tour arrives in Udine. Angelo Floramo brings the Balkans to life through music with the Tita Marzuttini Plectrum Orchestra.

The musical and narrative journey of the Balkan Tour continues with a new performance in Udine.
A show that weaves together music and storytelling, traversing cultures and borderlands to offer the audience an intense and immersive experience. On stage, alongside the Tita Marzuttini Plectrum Orchestra conducted by Maestro Luca Zuliani, the voice of historian and writer Angelo Floramo will guide the audience on a journey through the history, traditions and events that unite Friuli and the Balkans.
The repertoire will range from Balkan and Friulian folk melodies to pieces of 17th-century classical music, in a narrative that touches upon significant moments in our history.
Danka Ilić, a young emerging Bosnian singer selected as part of the project, will perform.
