Gloria and Nicola from Rifugio Giaf host the tenth event of “In Rifugio c’è più gusto!”. The workshop, surrounded by the Friulian Dolomites, is free and open to everyone from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no booking required: the Fioritto Simone farm will guide you in discovering dried plants and their processing through olfactory and tactile experiences with fresh and dried plants.

Rifugio Giaf, surrounded by the Friulian Dolomites, stands on a grassy plateau in the middle of the forest. The landscape offers stunning views of the dolomitic towers of the Crìdola massif.
The Fioritto Simone farm is located in Lestizza, and its main activity is the production of dried oregano leaves. All processing is done by hand, and drying takes place naturally.
