The
Visitor Centre of the Regional Friulian Dolomites Natural Park of Poffabro is located in the former dairy and it is divided into
four sections: the dairy itself on the ground floor, the permanent exhibition "In mont - le malghe del Parco" ("In the mountains"), the Park's Alpine huts and the Val Colvera on the second floor.
The exhibition begins with a brief excursion regarding the history of the region's dairies, paying particular attention to the Frisanco dairy; this is followed by the
work in the creamery using original machines and tools.
The top floor of the Visitor Centre of the Regional Friulian Dolomites Natural Park of Poffabro holds an introductory section regarding the Park's environment together with the Val Colvera; the permanent exhibition entitled "In mont - le malghe del Parco (on the hillside the Park's Alpine huts)" presents
the inside of an Alpine hut with the reproduction of the "mussa" and the other utensils used for working the milk.
