This is an undemanding route and is suitable for the less trained and for all those who want to discover Sacile through the sweetness and notes of its river and rural landscapes, the harmony of the precious Venetian architecture and the ancient historical-artistic testimonies encountered along the way.
From the train station we leave the town to pedal through the quiet countryside, crossing the ancient villages of Topaligo, Vistorta, Cavolano and San Giovanni di Livenza to discover ancient medieval traces. Returning toward Sacile, the section of the "Denis Zanette" bike path skirts the Rio Paisa, a tributary of the Livenza, which with its cool gurgling accompanies cyclists to the hamlet of San Giovanni del Tempio. It re-enters the city and crosses Piazza del Popolo, the city's living room.
