The route starts from the village of Sigilletto. Along the municipal road, just before the grocery store, turn right down the charming Via Nava, a paved alley leading into the hazelnut forest. The path continues to an area hit by the Vaia storm, where vegetation is slowly regrowing today.
Here you will find a small stone chapel, built in 1880 by the family of the nearby Lurinz farmhouse, now in ruins. After a short panoramic break, take the flat forest road; the route then continues with a gentle climb until reaching the village of Frassenetto.
From there you return to Sigilletto by following the paved municipal road on the right, completing an easy and evocative ring through nature, history, and changing landscapes.
