The route entirely on asphalt road, starts shortly after the locality Hinter d'Olbe and in practice constitutes the continuation of the main road of Val Novarza, already included in route 2B. At the fork on the Rio Temerle, go up to the right until you reach the bed of the Pieltinis stream; once you cross it, go up into a mixed forest in which the presence of larch trees gradually increases; coming out of the forest, you will find a fork and turn left towards Casera Gerona. After a journey of a couple of kilometers slightly uphill, along the southern slope of Mount Torondon, you reach Casera Pieltinis: the wide basin on which it lies is covered with a lush herbaceous and shrub cover with widespread formations of green alder in the less grazed sites.
