Monica Capello Coach, consultant and trainer

Monica Capello is a coach and trainer who has been working in the corporate training sector for more than 25 years, organising courses and team building aimed at companies.

In 2018, she attended Marcella Danon's Ecopichè School for 5 years and graduated becoming a coach and ecotuner; the latter term was coined by the IES, the international echopsycology society.

Basilico Selvatico is the name of the association they founded to offer activities for hikers and tourists who want to try this experience in contact with nature.

The experiences offered are simple walks, suitable for everyone, where introspection techniques are proposed through structure and land art exercises, with a focus on accessibility. The exercises are also aimed at stimulating the five senses in sharing with others and in natural environment.

The activities take place outdoors in unique natural settings along the coastline, such as the Island of Cona, the Cavanata Valley Reserve or in San Giovanni di Duino, but also in different settings in the Alta Val Torre or in Val Saisera, also enhancing the pre-alpine and alpine contexts.

Some activities are also supported by collaborators and experts in the field, such as cave guides where there are walks in caves or other environmental contexts, or with producers (beekeepers, horticulturists and gardeners) who enrich the experience with technical information on the context and/or their activities.
