The trail winds through the area of the Santissima springs, ascends to the foothills of Coltura and then continues into the historic center of Polcenigo.
It starts from the parking lot near the Shrine of the Holy Trinity, continues along the stretch of paved road reaching the capitol of Our Lady of the Eyes erected on a spring with properties believed to be curative, and continues until it reaches the headwaters of the Livenza River. The tour continues with a small detour to the left, skirting the Livenza River with a loop path to the wooden bridge in front of the Santuario della Santissima Trinità, and leaving the area of the UNESCO pile-dwelling site "Palù di Livenza" on the right. Continue along Via San Francesco until you meet the small church of San Francesco, cross the foothill road and continue steeply uphill until a clear detour to the right on a path that is no longer paved. The unpaved section ends at Via San Michele, where, crossing the center of Coltura, you reach the Gorgazzo stream, arriving at the Immacolata capitol. Here, deviating left on the footpath, you reach the source of the Gorgazzo. Turn back and continue on the paved section in the direction of the square of Polcenigo, crossing the footpath again and continuing along Via Polcenigo, meeting the capitol of the Madonna located at the crossroads with Via Col Belit. At this point you reach the historic center of Polcenigo, in which you can admire the convent of San Giacomo, the Church of Ognissanti and the Castle. Continue along the pedestrian road that runs along the Gorgazzo stream until you reach the Alpini bridge. Here you have two options: the first is to continue along the historic route, turning right on the Alpini bridge and walking left along Via San Rocco until you reach the church of San Rocco, then continue in the direction of Longone until you reach the Livenza bridge. The second option, marked here, is the nature trail, which crosses the Rui de Brosa by means of the footbridge and allows you to walk along the left bank of the Gorgazzo River under the shelter of the tree canopy that continues to the foot of the San Floriano hill. From here you turn right over the bridge over the Gorgazzo to rejoin the paved road; on the left you can see the Pieta capital. Then, you cross the Livenza locality and continue until you return to the starting point.
