10 thousand steps of health FVG - LIGNANO SABBIADORO - The Way of Dawn

From the harbor mouth, which connects the sea to the lagoon, starts this pathway guarded by the Red Lighthouse. At the lighthouse, the Sun rises every morning.

Walking along the sea one encounters: the Villino Zuzzi, a refined Art Nouveau building and, a little further on, the Terrazza Mare. Continuing near Office 16 a beach bar is colored yellow in honor and memory of G. Scerbanenco, an important Italian detective novelist. The route ends at Office 19 point where the seafront makes a big curve that will then allow us to enter the Pine Forest.

The bicycle and pedestrian path is on natural terrain with crushed stone paving. It is accessible to people with reduced or impaired mobility and furnished with benches. There are green spaces along the path with swings, slides and games and a fully equipped fitness area.
