The territory of Codroipo extends ulla eastern bank of the Tagliamento River, in the land of the Middle Friuli Resurgences.
The pedestrian route covers a flat area of about 6.14 km and starts near the center of Codroipo in Via Ostermann, then continues through the long bicycle-pedestrian path parallel to S.P. 65 until it first reaches a small green area equipped with benches and then continues along the west side of the walls of Villa Manin, until it reaches Stradone Manin.
Continuing in a northerly direction, turn right, entering along the Zompicchia-Rivolto road, bordered by two long rows of mulberry and acacia trees. Reaching the hamlet of Zompicchia, the route first runs along a white bicycle/pedestrian path that, intercepting a votive crucifix, skirts a watercourse and then enters first via Panis and then via Torrente Corno, where it crosses a wooden bridge over the Torrente Corno of the same name. The route then runs along a spacious bicycle and pedestrian path that, through Via Capoluogo and Viale Duodo, flanks a number of hospitality businesses. Beyond Viale Duodo, it is possible to continue toward the center of Codroipo, or return again to the starting point.
