The Gnome Trail starts from the P3 car park (behind Hotel Edelhof) and continues towards Tarvisio Basso up to Via Torrente, along the Bartolo Creek.
The route starts from a bridge with the first of the information panels, made of pressed alga, that tells in rhyme the life of the gnomes and some curiosities about the surrounding vegetation.
Walking on the trail, you will discover several Bergmännchen, characters who once inhabited, according to legend, these woods, protecting the slopes of Mount Priesnig. Gnomes with red hats, white beards, greedy of apple juice and rosehip jam, engaged in activities such as fishing, hunting, brewing and painting.
The route can also be taken in the opposite direction and is enriched by a few benches for a stop or a picnic and an area equipped with a slide and swings for children.
