Starting from the adjacent trail at the Visitor Center of the
Prealpi Giulie Natural Park, this loop trail features educational panels that tell the history, fauna, and flora of the protected area and the Musi mountains that overlook Pian dei Ciclamini. The starting and ending point is near the “Ai Ciclamini” hotel. The path is approximately 700 meters long and constitutes an infrastructure that promotes hiking and school tourism, environmental education, and dissemination. There are some benches with tables and picnic areas along the way.
The path is suitable for everyone, thanks to its gentle slopes and surface suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Additionally, there are a guide ropes and wheel guards to facilitate orientation for the visually impaired. The information tables include tactile sections and explanations in Braille. It's also possible to access the Sesamonet system, an advanced technology that allows visually impaired individuals to navigate the route with a special cane that continuously transmits position signals: through a cell phone, the person can hear a recorded voice informing them of their current location.
Accessibility: From Tarcento, follow SS646 "di Uccea" towards Alta Val Torre-Lusevera-Slovenia. After about 17 km, you will arrive at Pian dei Ciclamini
