Ramandolo, one of the most renowned sweet wines in the Region, is appreciated for its finesse and rarity. Produced exclusively in the area between Nimis and Tarcento, it is a true jewel of Friulian oenology. It is made from Verduzzo Friulano grapes dried on the vine or in the fruit cellars, harvested late, at the end of October, which enables a high sugar content. The result is a golden-yellow wine, balanced in acidity and sweetness, with a slightly tannic quality and strong character.
